Welcome to Roo Wellness Music. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Roo Wellness Music, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright Protection

All content, including but not limited to audio tracks, wellness music, specific healing frequencies, binaural beats, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Roo Wellness Music and is protected by international copyright laws.

Personal Use Only: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream our music for personal, non-commercial relaxation and wellness purposes.

Strict Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, ripping, recording, copying, modifying, re-uploading, or distributing our audio content on any platform (including YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, or other apps) for commercial use or monetary gains. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate legal action, copyright strikes, and termination of service.

2. User Accounts & Termination

To access premium features, you are required to log in via your Google Account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Right to Terminate: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and active subscription immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we detect any suspicious activity, payment fraud, attempts to hack or reverse-engineer the application (such as creating modded APKs), or any violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & UPI Auto-Pay

All premium services are billed on a subscription basis through UPI Auto-Pay (for Indian users) and Google Play Billing (for international users).

By activating a subscription, you authorize automated recurring charges.

As stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

4. Important Medical Disclaimer

Roo Wellness Music provides audio frequencies (such as Solfeggio frequencies) for brain boosting, study focus, physical healing assistance, and stress relief.

Not Medical Advice: Our content is for informational and wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Safe Usage: Never listen to deep relaxation, sleep, or altered-state brainwave frequencies while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing tasks that require your full attention.

5. Age Restriction

By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If a user under 13 wishes to use the app, it must be done under the strict supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to Roo Wellness Music shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhagalpur, Bihar, India.
