Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any subscription or making an in-app purchase. By subscribing to or buying any premium features on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Strict No-Refund Policy.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services (immediate access to premium wellness music, study frequencies, and brain booster soundscapes), Roo Wellness Music does not offer refunds, returns, or credits for any reason whatsoever.

No Refunds After Activation: Once a subscription is activated, whether via UPI Auto-Pay or Google Play Store Billing, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Partial or Unused Periods: We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for any partial-month or partial-year subscription periods, or for any unused premium content.

2. Subscription Cancellation & Auto-Renewals

If you are subscribed to a recurring payment plan (such as monthly or annual auto-pay), your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle.

User Responsibility: It is the user's sole responsibility to manage and cancel their active subscriptions.

When to Cancel: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Post-Cancellation Access: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the free version, and no further charges will be made.

3. Payment Failures and Double Deductions

In case of payment failure or technical glitches where funds are deducted from your bank account but the subscription is not activated:

The amount is usually held by the payment gateway or your bank and is typically automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days by the bank.

For international users, any billing disputes arising directly from the mobile application ecosystem must be handled according to the standard terms of the Google Play Store Billing Policy.
